Christophe Trefois

Christophe Trefois is Head of Technology at LNDS, where he leads the development of secure, scalable infrastructure to support cutting-edge research and data-driven innovation. With a multidisciplinary background in engineering, IT consulting, and systems biology, Christophe brings a unique blend of technical depth and scientific insight to his role. He holds an MSc in Communication Systems from EPFL and a PhD in Systems Biology from the University of Luxembourg. Prior to joining LNDS, he worked at Ernst & Young as an IT consultant and auditor, and later led reproducible research and bioinformatics infrastructure efforts at the Luxembourg Centre for

Systems Biomedicine. His expertise spans network security, risk assessment, and research IT architecture, making him a valuable contributor to discussions on data integrity, reproducibility, and secure digital transformation.
