Danijela Dimic

Senior Data Steward

Luxembourg National Data Service (LNDS)

Danijela holds a Master’s degree in Applied Statistics. She began her career in the banking sector, where she spent ten years analysing and preparing data to support risk assessment processes. During this time, she contributed to the development of predictive statistical models aimed at identifying risk probability indicators. Her work also involved applying Basel principles and financial reporting standards, and in 2017, she played a key role in implementing a Data Governance framework. Over the course of eight years, Danijela actively participated in establishing the foundational principles of Data Governance within the banking sector of the market in which she operated.

She firmly believes that the story of data is universal across all organizations—the key lies in choosing the right perspective when approaching the implementation of Data Governance methodologies.
